Lt. Col. Shane DeBusk, 264th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion commander, and Command Sgt. Maj. Melvin E. Rutledge, 264th CSSB senior enlisted leader, uncase the 264th CSSB colors during a transfer of authority ceremony held at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Iraq, May 25. The 264th CSSB, based out of Fort Bragg, N.C., replaced the 391st CSSB at COB Speicher and will play a major role in the repositioning of coalition forces in the next 12 months.
