Sgt. Maj. Bryan B. Battaglia answers questions about the new liberty policy after lunch Feb. 9 at the Camp Schwab Chow Hall. Battaglia’s visit consisted of visiting multiple bases and talking to the junior Marines about their thoughts on recent changes in the Corps. Battaglia, from New Orleans, Louisiana, is the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and is the senior non-commissioned officer in the U.S Armed Forces.
