150206-N-EC644-046 SAPPORO, Japan (Feb. 6, 2015) Spectators pass by the USS Constitution snow sculpture at the 66th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The 2015 Navy Misawa Snow Team created the sculpture for the festival and as a tribute to the U.S. Navy's oldest commissioned ship. This is the 32nd year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of Sailors to the festival to create a sculpture, and to serve as goodwill ambassadors.
