150205-N-EC644-023 SAPPORO, Japan (Feb. 5, 2015) Chief Builder Billy Harger, assigned to Public Works Department Misawa, from Pearl City, Hawaii, speaks with Takumine Oohiro, from Sapporo, Japan, about the USS Constitution snow sculpture during the 66th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. Harger is the team leader of the 2015 Navy Misawa Snow Team who created the sculpture for the festival and as a tribute to the U.S. Navy's oldest commissioned ship. This is the 32nd year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of Sailors to the festival to create a sculpture, and to serve as goodwill ambassadors.
