Sgt. Randall W. Lester guides junior Marines setting up the combat operations center Jan. 16, at Marine Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, for Integrated Training Exercise 2-15. Lester stood back to make sure the netting was placed in the correct location to fit all of the tents for the COC. The COC is where the command element monitors units and is a decision making hub.
