A U.S. Navy engineer with Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 4, based out of Naval Construction Battalion Center Port Hueneme, Calif., backfills an excavation in way sidewalk forms at Ban Chan Krehm Elementary School, located in Kaeng Hang Maeo District, Chanthaburi Province, Thailand, as part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2015 on Jan. 29, 2015. CG15 is a cosponsored exercise between Thailand and the U.S., and includes a specific focus on humanitarian civic assistance to support the needs and humanitarian interests of the civilian populations in Thailand.
