(February 04, 2015) Utilitiesman 3rd Class Seth Taylor holds his son alongside his wife, Justine Taylor, for the last time prior to deploying with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5. NMCB 5 deployed to the U.S. Pacific Command area of operations to relieve NMCB 4 and will be performing construction based operations, humanitarian aid missions, and disaster recovery throughout the Pacific.
