Navy Diver 2nd Class Paul Orbegoso, from Glen Ellyn, Ill., assigned to Ship Repair Facility, Japan Regional Maintenance Center, Yokosuka locker, surfaces after a dive on the Nimitz-class carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) in support of its Selective Restricted Availability (SRA). George Washington is forward-deployed to Yokosuka, Japan, and currently in SRA, a scheduled maintenance period, until its summer patrol.
