A tourniquet is applied to Lance Cpl. Bradley W. Walsh Jan. 21 as a part of a combat care class for Marines with 4th Marine Regiment during Integrated Training Exercise 2-15 at Marine Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms. The tourniquet must be tightened down as much as possible to be most effective. Marines with 4th Marines received combat care classes as part of pre-training for the exercise.
