Spc. Ryan Soon helps the Kuwaitis on Warba Island off the coast of Kuwait clean up a landing spot for a generator, on April 11. The generator was being lifted by a MH-53E Sea Dragon from Helicopter Mine Countermeasure Squadron 15 from a military base to the Island. This was a joint operation with the U.S. Army, Navy and Coast Guard to help out the Kuwaiti Military.
