    On May 13 U.S. Army Col. Philip Battaglia, Commander of 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, delivers a speech for the hand over authority of the ancient Ziggurat of Ur from coalition forces back to the Iraqi people. This important archaeological site is a piece of Iraq's cultural heritage and has been under coalition control since 2003.
