Lt. Gen. Stephen R. Lanza, commanding general, I Corps, presents a certificate of appreciation to Xiaoju Bin, a student at the University of Washington – Tacoma Institute of Technology, Jan. 14 for his contribution and support toward the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Fisher House. Bin, along with other students, created an online site where military families and veterans can make reservations online to stay at the Fisher House while their loved one is being treated at Madigan Army Medical Center.
