Goodman, from Elkins, W.V., is a member of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 326th Quartermaster Company (Water Storage and Distribution). The 326th operates Reverse Osmosis Purification Units, drawing water from a local pond, purifying the water, then moving the water to the training sites here.
