A Georgian soldier provide security during a simulated meeting with a local tribal leader in a remote training area south of Russia as they prepare for another deployment to Afghanistan in support of the global war on terror. The Georgia Deployment Program took shape in late 2009 as the United States Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines teamed up to better prepare Georgian troops prior to deploying into Afghanistan.
