Mr. Villalobos is a contracted MWD trainer with Northrop Grumman and is from Sanger, Calif.Civilian and military police members are recognized for their contributions and sacrifice during Police Week, May 10 through May 16. Flags will be flown at half staff, May 15, in honor of Peace Officers Memorial Day.
