After locating a "planted" training explosive inside a bus vent, Judi, a military working dog, notifies her master, Staff Sgt. Josh Giles, May 5, at Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan. Civilian and military police members are recognized for their contributions and sacrifices during Police Week, May 10 through May 16. Sgt. Giles is a MWD handler assigned to the 376th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron MWD Flight and is deployed from 18th SFS at Kadena Air Base, Japan. Sgt. Giles is partnered with Judi, a Belgian Malinois.
