Col. Larry Mosley, of the 88th Regional Support Command, receives the Legion of Merit during his retirement ceremony, Jan. 8, at the 88th RSC headquarters building, Fort McCoy, Wis., following a 33 year career in the U.S. Army. Following his retirement Mosley will take up a civilian position as the chief of training management at Fort Knox, Ky.
