Chief Information Systems Technician Roxanne Charley leads Sailors stationed on board the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), during a working party to move essential berthing and office materials back to the ship. Blue Ridge is currently moored at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka for regular scheduled maintenance, which allows the ship to undertake future patrols ensuring the safety and security of Pacific sea lanes.
