Tech. Sgt. Jeffrey Kelley, 372nd Training Squadron Detachment 12 F-16 Avionics Instructor, presents a power point presentation on the proper use of the technical order to members of the Chilean Air Force on Dec. 1, 2014, while on temporary duty assignment to Chile. Kelley was a member of a three person team, which during their time in Chile was able to visit with members of the Fuerza Aérea de Chile (Chilean air force) and assist in the standing up of a system to be used there.
