Master Sgt. Shawn McMillian, Joint Headquarters Army advisor and training team senior enlisted advisor, facilitates a Taji Sergeant Major Council recently. The council meets bi-monthly to discuss a variety of enlisted issues, to include improving the quality of life for enlisted Iraqi Soldiers. The council is the first of its kind in Iraq. McMillian is deployed here from Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., and is a native of South Point, Ohio.
