Capt. Donald W. Tatum, a native of Ruston, La., and the Commander of the 317th Maintenance Company throws the football to a teammate during a pick-up game of flag football. This is 317th Maintenance Company's 1st Flag Football Tournament. Soldiers from other units within the 553rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion participated in the game, raising their sprits and boosting their morals.
