Thomas, commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, during the NWC 10th Regional Alumni Symposium in Manila, Philippines. The three-day event was held May 21-23, and served as an opportunity to support NWC's mission to strengthen global maritime partnerships while solidifying the close partnership between the U.S. and Philippines as part of a long-term rebalancing strategy in the Asia-Pacific.
