A cadet with the Mooresville, N.C., Navy Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps engages in a simulated combat scenario with a MK19 grenade launcher within the Indoor Simulated Marksmanship Trainer, 2nd Marine Logistics Group aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Dec. 5, 2014. The simulator focused on decision making as a convoy of enemies approached a hill where the cadets’ machine guns were mounted. The cadets practiced simulated firing drills on moving targets in order to maintain a defensive firing line.
