Gabonese sailors demonstrate visit, board, search and seizure techniques in the lower vehicle stowage aboard USS Nashville as U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class David Moyer looks on. The event was part of Africa Partnership Station Nashville's visit to Port Gentil. APS is a multinational initiative developed by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Africa which works cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to enhance maritime safety and security on the African continent.
