Ron Bogle, North Carolina Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve chairman, delivers welcome remarks to 52 guest employers selected to participate in the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Boss-Lift. The 52 employers were given the opportunity to take a flight in a KC-135 with the United States Air Force Reserve’s 916th Air Refueling Wing as part of a program that allows employers to witness firsthand what Reserve service members do.
