Maj. Gen. Sprynczynatyk, adjutant general for the North Dakota National Guard, was awarded the Engineer Regiment's "The Silver Order of the de Fleury Medal" in Bismarck, N.D., Dec. 5, 2014. The prestigious award was in recognition of Sprynczynatyk's exceptional meritorious service to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Army National Guard spanning more than three decades.
