Sailors assigned to Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) fold the national ensign that was raised and lowered from the NMCSD flagpole symbolic of the nation which was so faithfully served for another retiring Sailor who has requested it. Later that day, more than 160 Sailors assigned to NMCSD marched during the San Diego Veterans Day Parade to honor the service of all our nation's veterans.
