Staff Sgt. William Ross carves a turkey at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Nov. 26, 2014. Marines with Marine Wing Support Squadron 271 hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for the single Marines with the squadron to boost their morale. The Marines ate fried turkey, macaroni salad, coleslaw and various deserts. Ross is an engineer equipment operator and the company gunnery sergeant with Engineer Company, MWSS-271.
