Sailors from Navy Cargo Handling Battalion 1 (NCHB 1) assist as the Military Sealift Command joint high-speed vessel USNS Choctaw County (JHSV 2) moors pier side Cheatham Annex. Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group's (NAVELSG) only active duty cargo handling battalion NCHB 1 and Navy Expeditionary Medical Support Command (NEMSCOM) are working together on a proof of concept to conduct a loading exercise (LOADEX) to deploy and set up a humanitarian assistance disaster relief (HADR) MED PACKUP KIT onboard JHSV.
