Capt. Gerald Stoermer, commanding officer, Company A, 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, looks on during a Latvian training exercise at Adazi Traning Area, Latvia, Nov. 20, 2014.
