Africa Partnership Stations Nashvile Sailors offload 13 hand bikes and nine wheelchairs for delivery on Sao Tome Island. The items were donated to handicapped people on the island by the Navy's Project Handclasp program. APS is a multinational initiative developed by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Africa which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to enhance maritime safety and security in West and Central Africa.
