Burttschell, of Wimberley, Texas, works for Travis County Star Flight and is a member of Texas Task Force 1 (TX-TF1) The Soldiers, who are members of the 36th Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB), 36th Infantry Division (Texas Army National Guard), were conducting several days of training on the Gulf Coast near Galveston, Texas.
