    Ship’s Serviceman Seaman Apprentice Robert Maneclang, from Pleasant Hill, Calif., is sprayed with oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray during security reactionary forces training on the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97).
