New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Jack James will take command of the 42nd Combat Aviation Brigade, whose members recently spent almost a year serving in Kuwait, during a Saturday morning ceremony at the Army Aviation Support Facility here. He replaces Col. Albert Ricci, who is retiring after almost 30 years of military service.
