Aerial porters from the Kentucky Air National Guard’s 123rd Contingency Response Group position a Halverson cargo-handling vehicle to offload pallets of humanitarian aid from a U.S. Air Force KC-10 aircraft at Léopold Sédar Senghor International Airport in Dakar, Senegal, Nov. 12, 2014.
