Latvian Capt. Raimons Martins, from the explosive ordnance disposal school at Adazi Training Area, Latvia, shows off one of the EOD robots to a group of Latvian students at Garkalnes School, Latvia, Nov. 11, 2014. The presentation was part of a community outreach event to educate the children about the military. Representatives from the U.S. and Norway gave presentations on their countries' culture and role in NATO. These activities are part of the U.S. Army Europe-led Operation Atlantic Resolve land force assurance training exercise taking place across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland to enhance multinational interoperability, strengthen relationships among allied militaries, contribute to regional stability and demonstrate U.S. commitment to NATO.
