Soldiers of the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, along with their NATO counterparts, took a break from participating in Exercise Iron Sword nearby to meet local residents and show off some of their vehicles and equipment. Nine NATO countries are participating in the exercise from Nov. 2-14, 2014, which is focused on increased cooperation and interoperability between NATO partners. The multinational exercise, organized by the Lithuanian Land Forces, involves more than 2,500 military personnel.
