Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 Detail Rota Seabees, Equipment Operator 2nd Class Taylor Moore, Builder 3rd Class Mark Byrne, Steelworker 1st Class Joshua Weinkein, Builder Constructionman Derek Blattenberger, use a pump truck hose to place concrete and a concrete vibrator to eliminate air pockets to begin the construction of the Shipboard Electronic Systems Evaluation Facilities (SESEF) aboard Naval Station Rota, Spain. The SESEFs provide test and evaluation services to U.S. Navy, U.S.
Coast Guard and Military Sealift Command activities as well as allied foreign navies.
