Marines from Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., participate in a Combat Fitness Test, Oct. 31. The CFT consists of an 880-yard run simulating a movement to contact, ammo can lifts for 2-minutes, and a simulated maneuver under fire course consisting of sprints, crawls, buddy carries and a simulated grenade throw. The CFT is a required annual test Marines participate in to ensure they are combat ready at all times.
