Two MV-22 Ospreys land on Barclay Training Center near Monrovia, Liberia. They carried the Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, to Foya Clinic. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is the lead U.S. Government organization for Operation United Assistance.
