Army Maj. Kathryn Pegues, 2nd Infantry Division assessment officer, and Army Maj. Josh Eggar, deputy division engineer, pose for a photo after the 2nd Infantry Division Shadow Marine Corps Marathon Oct. 26. Pegues, an Olympia, Wash., native, was the first female to complete the 26.2 mile course with a time of 3:21:20 and Eggar, a Charles, Ill., native, was the first male to complete the course with a time of 3:11:28.
