U.S. Army Sgt. Bryan Dupont, a CH-47 Chinook flight engineer instructor assigned to Bravo Company, 1/111th General Support Aviation Battalion, conducts a pre-flight check prior to a helocast mission during exercise Southern Strike 15 (SS15) at the Gulfport Combat Readiness Training Center, Miss., Oct. 27, 2014. SS15 is a total force, multiservice training exercise hosted by the Mississippi Air National Guard's CRTC from Oct. 27 through Nov. 7, 2014. The SS15 exercise emphasizes air-to-air, air-to-ground and special operations forces training opportunities.
