The grand opening of the Haji Narsa shop was held on Wednesday, March 11. The shop is sponsored by 317th Maintenance Company, 553rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 10th Sustainment Brigade as a morale, welfare, and recreation center. Lt. Col. Howard Geck, a native of Albuquerque, N.M., and the staff of the East Liberty Mayor's Cell gave the opening speech as 1st Sgt. Ibrahim Canbaz, a Turkey native, and Capt. Donald Tatum, a Ruston, La. native, stand with excitement. The shop is now in place to offer Soldiers a wide variety of antiques, movies, and a place to relax.
