Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Tyler C. James, from Huntington Beach, Calif., performs basic first-aid on a simulated injured Sailor during a mass casualty exercise aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105).
