    Sonar technician Petty Officer 1st Class Jason Ybarra cleans up piles of trash at the boys' orphanage outside Camp Lemonier, Djibouti. Volunteers cleaned up trash, donated furniture and brought new sporting goods for the orphanage. Camp Lemonier, located in the Horn of Africa, is the only U.S. military infrastructure located in Africa. The camp supports more than 23 tenant commands and activities which support commander, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa under Africa Command.
