A Iraqi army engineer assigned to, 4th Iraqi Army Division Engineer Regiment, operates a scoop loader at the Al Fatah float bridge in northeast Bayji, Iraq. U.S. Soldiers supervise the construction. The Iraqi engineers are working with U.S. Soldiers from Charlie Company, 84th Engineer Battalion, attached to, 25th Infantry Division to replace and reinforce eroded embankment, also to secure the west landing on the Tigris river on March 28.
