U.S. Marines with 3rd Battalion, 3rd Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, 3rd Marine Expeditionary Force, detain a role-player during a noncombatant evacuation operation at Kiwanis park, Yuma, Ariz., Oct. 10, 2014. The exercise is part of Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course (WTI) a seven- week training event hosted by Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) cadre.
