Sailors assigned to Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet Headquarters perform the traditional "passing of the flag" during a retirement ceremony for Lt. Cmdr. Thomas Miller, executive officer, Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet. Miller, a native of Waukesha, Wis., retired March 21 in a ceremony aboard the USS Bowfin Museum after 27 years of active duty serving both in the enlisted and officer ranks.
