Seaman Daniel Hill, from San Antonio, awaits instructions during sea and anchor detail on the forecastle of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105) as the ship arrives at Changi Naval Base for a scheduled port visit. Dewey is underway as part of the Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group.
