Rear Adm. Hugh Wetherald, commander Expeditionary Strike Group Seven, presents officers from the Philippine navy with a personal memento while on board the amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu (LHA-5), during the Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX) 15. PHIBLEX 15 is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted with the armed forces of the Philippines. Peleliu is the lead ship in the Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Group, commanded by Rear Adm.
